Attorney Daryl Von Yokely

PRESIDENT/CEO

Daryl Von Yokely is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, class of 1982. The firm has handled hundreds of cases and earned millions of dollars of settlements and awards in the areas of personal injury, auto accidents, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, aviation law and governmental immunity cases. Mr. Yokely has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1983 and is proud to call the City of Atlanta, his home. The law offices have a clientele of former clients through the state of Georgia as well as surrounding states in the southeast. Mr. Yokely is a member of The American Association For Justice. He takes pride in the fact that the firm is small enough to give each client individual attention, but large enough in stature and experience to fight the good fight regardless of the size of the opposition or the complexities of the issues.
