Attorney Daryl Von Yokely

Daryl Von Yokely is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, class of 1982. The firm has handled hundreds of cases and earned millions of dollars of settlements and awards in the aeas of personal injury, auto accidents, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, aviation law and govermental immunity cases. Mr. Yokely has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1983 and is proud to call the city of Atlanta, his home. The law offices have a clientele of former clients throught the state of Georgia as well as surrounding states in the southeast. Mr. Yokely is a member of The American Association For Justice. Wilbur Fuller - Senior Litigation Specialist
Performs research for brief preparation.  Coordinates activities with court personnel and other outside agencies.  Serves as troubleshooter in cases wherein liability is questioned.  Serves as investigator by implementing scene investigation, trace evidence and case background.
LaToya Furman - Receptionist
Answers and manages all inbound and outbound calls.  Schedules and confirms office appointments.  Performs clerical work such as filing, copying, faxing, emailing, etc. and sets up and prepares paperwork for meetings and interviews. 
Charlene Adams - Medical Liaison
Serves as medical liaison between clients and medical providers in an effort to obtain, collect and review medical documentation utilized in settlement demands.   Analyzes said data to prepare and draft settlement brochures.  Works closely with clients to ensure utmost medical improvement and claim maximization. 
Danica Spaulding - Accounting Clerk
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions and generating financial reports.   Analyzes and summarizes account information and trends and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Stephanie Barrett-Yokely - Office Administrator/Manager
Supervise and manage all daily financial and office operations. Gives direction to junior staff members to ensure compliance of office protocols.  Serves as court liaison between office and other outside agencies.  Assist attorney, client and other staff members for deposition, trial and hearing procedures.  Effectuates Legal Research and coordinates multiple departments for responsive pleadings and document retention. 
Yolanda Ingram-Godfrey - Senior Paralegal Analyst
Conducts initial client interviews as well as monitor, supervise and oversee all facets of the treatment process.  Gathers and analyses legal information and research.  Provides staff support for upcoming trials, hearings, mediations and depositions.  Also responsible for case and court calendar management, document control and daily docket reports. Utilize data banks to locate defendants.

Receptionist – Secretary/Paralegal for the Macon Office

Provides legal assistance and support for the attorney.  Anticipates need for information pertaining to legal matters and prepares materials for the files.  Refers calls requiring special litigation response to the attorney or staff.  Prepares case files upon receipt of incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains file until action is complete.

Provides legal assistance and guidance to clients.  Receives calls and greet clients to determine eligibility for assistance and nature of legal services required. Prepares documentation for clients by assisting in the completion of forms, documents and correspondence.  Prepares standard forms and letters.  Function as a Notary Public under guidelines of state by acknowledging signatures.

Reviews and prepares incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports and messages.  Reviews incoming mail, applying knowledge of procedures to determine destination.  Receives telephone calls and visitors, ascertains nature of call or visit, and refers to appropriate individual.  Schedules attorney’s appointments, coordinates arrangements for time and determines rescheduling needs.
